Giovanni Missanelli

Giovanni Missanelli is General Manager of Assomela, the Italian Association of apple producers. Assomela represents more then 75% of the Italian apple’s production, through an extensive cooperative system and thousands of farmers. Before the current role, Giovanni has worked in Brussels for two years as policy officer in the Agri sector, working closely with the European institution. He is currently board member of AREFLH, The Assembly of European Horticultural Regions.
