Georgiana Hayes

Georgiana Hayes brings more than 25 years of experience in digital transformation. Before joining CropLife Europe, she was Adama’s Global Head of Precision Ag and Digital Services, working closely with Farm Management Systems and agri-tech start-ups. She now serves as a full-time consultant to CropLife Europe, where she is Chair of the AgriGuide project and actively contributes to its Technology pillar. Actively involved with her local winegrower’s association in the cultivation, harvesting and production of wines, she brings first-hand insight into growers’ needs and a strong conviction in the value of digitalisation for agriculture.
